Throughout the centuries plaster has been considered an essential material due to its versatility. Its strong routes in ‘nazarí’ culture and tradition (like in Granada, the last great bastion for Muslim art in Spain) has ensuredthecontinued use of the material within the city.Using plaster as a base, we create beautiful and unique pieces decorated with multiple finishes, all of which are from natural and traditional materials. From using washes of natural clay from different origins (anywhere from the province of Granada to other countries such as Jordan or France) and painting in various colours using traditional techniques, to gilding with 23 carat gold, we create unique pieces with great artistic value andtechnique, where the quality of the materials guarantee its beauty over time.
